Flower's By Ellen

I've always known deep inside I would paint. When I began it didn't take me long before I knew my subject. I
purchased a camera and brought it with me on my walks. I started taking closeups of flowers and knew how I
wanted to paint them in order to capture their essence, beauty, and strength. With great enthusiasm, I realized
I was not only painting a flower but a potrait of a flower. This is the gift I want to give to others, so they also
can enjoy their true radiance. When I paint they are like a mirror reflecting their beauty back to me, which gives
me a greater depth and feeling for what I am creating.
